These terms apply to your use of golf-log.com and the Golf-log app at app.golf-log.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

Golf-log is a practice-logging tool. It is in early access: features may change, be limited or be removed, and access may be restricted to invited users.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of what you record. You keep ownership of your practice data; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

Health and safety

Golf-log provides logs and statistics, not coaching, medical or fitness advice. Practise within your own limits and follow course and range rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data; keep your own copies of anything important. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
